We’re so glad you’re here. We are currently welcoming new patients, though availability is limited and appointments tend to fill quickly.

As we prepare for our move, please be sure to select the correct clinic location when booking. For appointments scheduled on or before June 30, choose our current office at 351 Coffman St, Suite 120, Longmont. For appointments scheduled on or after July 1, choose our new location at 630 Coffman St., Longmont

If you are a returning client and it has been more than six months since your last visit, or if you are seeking care for a new health concern, please book an Existing Client Reevaluation. This allows us to offer the most personalized and effective care based on your current needs.

Not sure where to begin? We offer a complimentary 15 minute in office consultation to help you learn more about our services and decide whether care at Mulberry is the right fit for you.

A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment, though it will not be charged until the time of your visit.
